On the first floor is a small children's bedroom facing the street. With a cabin bed and single pull-out bed, it is perfect for two children.

Also on the first floor is a large children's bedroom with a bunk bed. There is an original fireplace with fitted cupboards either side, plus a desk with aquarium.
Tiled in blue, this first floor family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower tap, a WC and basin.

Under the stairs is a small WC with a basin.
A large contemporary kitchen with an original fireplace and a wooden dining table to seat six. Complete with wood worktops and an island/breakfast bar.

Please note that 2 friendly cats live in this property. They will need feeding once a day and will come and go as they please. This house is therefore not suitable for guests with allergies.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please
