The sofa can be used to accommodate a third guest if required.
The lovely kitchen can be accessed through the living room and is fitted with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. A dishwasher and coffee machine are also available for you to use.
The utility room is located on the right hand side as you enter the flat and is fitted with a combined washing machine and dryer.
This lovely bedroom features a king sized bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The large window looks over the river.
An immaculate bathroom is located next to the living room and is fitted with a WC, single wash basin and a combined shower and bath tub.
Access this balcony from the living room and enjoy views of the city and River Thames.

No smoking, pets and parties! Please note that there are building works Mon- Fri, between 8-6 and it can be noisy on the balcony, but quiet inside the flat. Please be aware the sofa in the living room can be used to accommodate a third person, this is NOT a sofa bed. The property is based on the 6th floor of the building, accessed via an elevator.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
