We are so sad that you did not enjoy your time at you apartment. Because this was a very last minute booking (you booked the day before) we felt that we were very explicit in the fact that we were out of town and were unable to clean up in between guests. As stated in the private messages, you were okay with that and even noted that place was "lovely" upon arriving. The previous guests even washed and folded the sheets for you and your guest to use, which you declined to use as we came home to an unmade bed.
Additionally, if there were issues with the TV and stereo, we are more than happy to help you remedy these issues with a simple phone call. Unfortunately, we were not aware of these issues and could not help. We did come home to a missing remote for the living room TV that was left out on the credenza, so that could have been the culprit to your issues. As for the "stereo" we have bluetooth speakers that are available via phone or computers wireless connections. Again, we did not receive any complaints about this issue so we could not help with a resolution.
I do see you note cleanliness as an issue and I agree, that is a huge factor when staying somewhere. Please keep in mind that that courtesy needs to be extended by both parties. We did not appreciate the makeup all over our towels, the glitter you left all over our couch and rug, and the spaghetti you cooked haphazardly left on the counter.
Again, I'm sorry you were so disappointment with your stay but I hope your next AirBnB experience is better. I also hope you have a little more respect for that owner's home.
