This wonderful flat is located within walking distance to fantastic transport links, restaurants, bars and open green spaces. The flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This would be the perfect place for a couple looking for a great value place to stay in the heart of Central London.

Der Wohnraum

This well-connected flat is located in a secure residential building. Head up to the apartment via the lift. As you enter into the flat, to the right is the bedroom and in front of you is the bathroom. Walk along the hallway and you will enter into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The modern kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay. There are a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. You are welcome to use my Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for.
The living area has a large leather sofa which turns into a sofa bed if you should need it and smart TV.
The round dining table seats 4 people comfortably and has vibrant red chairs which adds a pop of colour to the room.

The bedroom is lovely and light due to the large window. There is a comfortable double bed which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There is also plenty of space in the wardrobe for you to be able to store your belongings and hang your clothes up.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Excellent location. Very close to London Euston tube and train stations, restaurants & grocery stores. Clean and tastefully decorated. Very quiet interiors even though it is in a location bustling with activity.

Lucy's place was managed by an external agency during our stay. Alex was our main contact and provided us with all the information we needed while we were there. Communication was great! The apartment was in a perfect location opposite London Euston station, also with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Facilities were modern and easy to use. Bonus having the washing machine and dryer combo. There was so much space for 2. Highly recommended!

Great location just across from Euston station, super convenient also walking distance to King Cross! Market and restaurants very close by. The apartment was spotless, great towels and bedding. This is a comfortable basic apartment, if you want some space and a clean place with good appliances this is it! Plenty of room for you clothes and suitcases. Fast communication with the host and very easy process. The location is wonderful but can be busy and noisy as any good convenient location in a city can be! Was not a problem for us and I would recommend the place also for 4 people. Big sofa available (we didn't need it) but the hall in between bedroom and living room will give some privacy to a second couple or bigger party than a couple as us.

This was a wonderful place for our family of four to use as a base for exploring London and surroundings. The apartment is right across the street from Euston station, an easy walk to Kings Cross station which we came directly on from airport on the tube. Great access to many tube stations. The apartment had plenty of space. we appreciated the tea and chocolates. There are plenty of restaurants and a small store with prepared foods close by. We made good use of washer dryer combination, a big plus for our family that likes to travel light. We did get delayed at airport so didn't make our initial 2:30 arrival time and had to wait until 4:30 for host to open door. It wasn't a big deal. The place is run by a management company and not by an individual.

Lucy's apartment is amazing! You can't really appreciate it from the pictures but it's big and comfortable. All details are taken care of and it's perfectly neat. It's also well located, only a few blocks from St. Pancras and right in front of Euston station. It would have been an excellent stay but the lift was out of order and we had to go up and down four floors every time we went out. Hope next time it 'll be working! Thanks a lot!

We stayed at Lucy's apartment for 6 nights. The apartment is very comfortable, with great kitchen, a lot of space and anything you need while staying in London. The check in was delayed upno our requset (change of flight) with no problem at all. The location is great (Euston station just around the corner) and very close (by walking/bus/underground) to most of the city. I'm absolutley recommend staying at Lucy's place!
