Mycket bra boende inom gångavstånd från London City och teaterdistrikt och med enkel tunnelbaneförbindelse med allt vad London kan erbjuda. Gott om utrymme för många vuxna och barn!

Really close to British Museum, only 4 minutes’ walk. Sainsbury’s local is nearby. We arrive quite late so the 24hr reception is good! Also, we can leave the luggage there on the departure date before going to the airport at night.

This flat is in an incredible location near the British Museum. It's spacious, light, has 2 1/2 bathrooms. As an earlier guest noted, it can be noisy, especially in the two smaller bedrooms. We also had the misfortune of a traffic diversion, and horns were honking outside the two…

Dear Lawrence I am really sorry to see this comment. As you know we have NOT let you down. The apartment you had reserved for the one night with us was affected by a maintenance issue and thus we weren't able to house you in the flat. These things can happen. I suppose you also leave in a flat/house and from time to time issues come up. This wasn't kept away from you. Quite the contrary we had the courtesy of notifying you in advance (as soon as we found out) and not only, we had arranged another suitable apartment in the same building. The only difference was that you had booked a 3 bedroom flat and as we weren't able to offer you just the same we had arranged a 2 bedroom flat instead. The conditions would have been absolutely the same, the location and everything else. But you decided to cancel the booking which again is understandable. What is not acceptable is the fact that you come with such accusations. We obviously understand how upset you were but again please allow me highlight how we actually offered an alternative. The majority of the hosts wouldn't. We did because we CARE about our clients. As for the latter, our sales and reservations office is closed during weekends and thus we couldn't have handled this over the phone. We do have a reception open 24/7 and my colleagues are always happy to assist. We have been housing clients like yourself for over 30 years and I can assure you everyone is not just happy but they enjoy themselves so much they return and send their friends over. And again, we apologise for any inconvenience though again, as you know, unforeseen situations arise and we hope you also understand this.
