"Vintage Annie" is a charming and lovingly updated 1967 Zipper camper. With rich wood paneling and delightful decor, the air-conditioned interior includes a comfortable full-size bed, toilet, kitchen, and all the little touches that make tiny living enjoyable. Her covered structure includes a private 'outdoor' shower and dressing room, a small dining table, and separate sitting area. Located on a 6-acre mini-farm within Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park.
Our 6-acre homestead is truly Heaven on Earth, and we offer several Airbnb listings for you to enjoy! You can wake up to the sound of grazing horses; pick berries and fruit in season; listen to the cluck of happy hens; play tennis, basketball or badminton; and, enjoy nature's sights and sounds. Dogs are welcome with open arms, so long as they are housebroken and flea-free. Your fenced-in area includes the covered patio and an additional 350 square feet among the adjoining blueberry bushes. The adjacent Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park includes a very informative Visitor's Center and 21 miles of trails. You can visit historic Marietta (3 miles east) or bustling Atlanta (15 miles south). As third generation Atlanta natives we actively embrace the real meaning of Southern Hospitality, and welcome ALL to our family homestead.

Dogs are welcome with open arms, so long as they are housebroken and flea-free. Your fenced-in area includes the covered patio and an additional 350 square feet under the adjacent blueberry bushes. Vintage Annie’s front gate closes securely. In addition, a 30’ tie-out is provided so your dog can explore a little beyond the gate while you enjoy your patio area.
For the safety of both people and animals, guests and their dogs are not allowed in the horse pastures or chicken coop. Ensure your pet(s) are kept under your control at all times. Even if your pet is under solid voice command, DO NOT rely on that alone! Here are 4 reasons why: 1) The property has resident dogs cats, horses and chickens. There will also be the occasional wild deer or turkey. Chasing any of these is prohibited. 2) Horses & riders will periodically pass by. Interaction between horses and dogs is dangerous for all. 3) Fellow guests may have a dog that reacts poorly to a sudden doggy greeting, even if your dog is friendly and means no harm. 4) The main road is extremely dangerous for loose pets.
- In order to conserve energy, please turn off the ceiling air conditioner (or ceiling heat) when you are going to be absent for more than a few minutes. Vintage Annie's small space will cool off immediately upon your return. (Note: Whenever you turn off the ceiling air conditioner, please wait at least 3 minutes before turning it back on.)
- Please ask in advance if you wish to entertain guests. No parties or events are allowed.

We discovered AirBnB in 2011 when my husband was traveling overseas on business. It was a terrific experience, and now we use it for both business and family trips. I recently also became a proud Airbnb host, offering a vintage camper on my "Airbnb Superhost" mother's 6 acre mini-farm. We are a family of animal-lovers and currently foster dogs looking for a home. I grew up riding horseback and enjoy riding into nearby Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. My husband and kids also enjoy the park, usually on foot rather than on horseback.
