This condo is located in the smaller ocean view building, with just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach. We are located at the very END of the popular Shore Dr, which is located between Broadway at the Beach & Barefoot Landing with all the Myrtle Beach amenities just a short drive away.

This comfortable condo has an awesome ocean views plus great views of the Dunes Golf Course, Singleton Swash/Marsh inlet which children love to play in and go crabbing. The condo is located on the fourth floor in the smaller five-story building pictured, with convenient elevator access. Wake up each morning to the sound of the surf and nature while you enjoy a beverage on the private balcony. Enjoy the sunset views from the balcony in the evening.

Important Condo Rules:

Thank you for choosing my beach condo for your vacation. This is our own personal vacation home that we use when it’s not being rented so please treat as if it were your own home. Please be sure to read over these terms & conditions and make sure that everyone in your party is aware of these rules.

No Pets are allowed inside the condo (this includes all service animals). I am highly allergic to cats and dogs. Plus the Sands Beach Club doesn’t allow pets on the property unless you’re a condo owner.

This is a NO Smoking Condo! If you smoke on the balcony please make sure the patio door is closed all the way if not the smoke will enter into the condo and you will lose your security deposit. Please make sure all butts and ashes are thrown out before you checkout.

Garbage, Clothes and Seagulls
Do not leave garbage bags in hallway or near the elevators. A dumpster is located at the north end of the building. Do not hang clothes off of the balcony railings. Do not feed seagulls from balconies as this creates a nuisance for other people. I found storing your beach equipment chairs umbrella's etc.. in the trunk of your car is a lot easier than lugging them back and forth from the condo.

Liability for Damages and Security Deposit
Aside from normal wear and tear, you will be responsible to pay the owner for any damages to the property or its contents during your vacation residency. The person who signed the lease will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures and restrictions. Security deposits will be refunded within 30 days after departure dependent on inspection by my cleaning service.

Wi-Fi - Is supplied by Sands Beach Club. I have no control over it. It's a unsecured network that you're welcome to jump onto Sands Beach Club and use. No password is needed. Or bring a long internet cable with you and plug into the router inside the condo. If you are having internet problems at Sands Beach Club at any time, please contact Technical Support at ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

TV's - No signal error on TV. Try moving the HDMI cable to another port or try changing the input.

Refrigerator - It can take up to 24 hours for the refrigerator to make everything cold when filling an empty refrigerator up with warm drinks and food when you arrive, so please be patient it just takes time.

Electrical Breaker Box – is located in the on the wall in the 2nd bedroom above the bed head board. You may have to move a picture to get to it. It’s right next to the owners closet. Please check to make sure all the breakers are in the on position if something electrical is not working before you call Ken (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

Main water cut off - is located in the master bath closet on the left side of the wall. In case of an emergency like a water leak from the unit above: Go to the floor above knock on the door to see if anyone is in there and notify them of the leak. Then call the Sands Beach Club HOA ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) if there's damage or something needs to be repaired. You could also try ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) if you don’t get an answer at the first two numbers. Then call Ken or Lisa. I am responsible for any damage on the inside of the unit and the HOA is responsible for the outside. The HOA should be able to access the unit that has the water leak. Thank you for your help with this in case a problem arises.

Parking Pass – Is in attached pdf file. Please print one for each car and hang it from your rear view minor.

Laundry Facilities: Is located on 1st, 3rd and 4th floors in the building you're staying in at the end of the building furthest from the ocean and closes to the inlet/creek and t's the first unmarked door on your right after you pass the stairwell. Others can also be found near the north side tower of the ocean front building on the 2,5,6,7,9,10 and 11th floors be sure to bring quarters with you

Owners Closet
Any locked closets are reserved for the storage of my private property. THESE AREA’S ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. Also please do not re-arrange the furniture if something has to get move please put it back the way you found it before you leave.

Motorcycles are not allowed on this property at any time. – Although you will be allowed to park your trailer and the motorcycles at 9550 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach SC 29578 (Sands Ocean Club) just take your lease agreement to the front desk at Sands Ocean Club and tell them you are staying at Sands Beach Club, but you would like to park your trailer and the motorcycles there during your visit and they will issue you a parking pass.

Tents/Canopies are no longer allowed on the beach from May 15 through September 15 and may not be allowed at all in the future.

Check out - Very Important!
Remove all food from refrigerators and cupboards.
Take all trash to the dumpsters - located at the edge of the parking lot to the right of the building as your looking at the building next to the small creek
Make beds by putting on the bed spreads
Make sure all blankets are folded and put away
Make sure all your dirty dishes are washed, the dishwasher is empty and all dishes are put away before your departure. FYI - you might need to pour a pitcher of water into the dishwasher before you start it. It helps prime/jump start it if it hasn't been used in a while.
Turn up the thermostat to 77 degrees before you leave during the cooling season and down to 60 in the heating season
Any extra cleaning or disposal of excess trash will be deducted from your security deposit.
Also please text "SBC #410 has checked out" to (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or call the same number to let Chad my housekeeper know you have checkout. no matter what time you leave. This will allow her to get started earlier and she sometimes has several condos to clean in the same day. Note: Security deposits are refunded usually the first or second week after you have checked out. Before I can refund them Chad goes into clean and verified that nothing was damaged/broken, nothing was stolen and no excessive cleaning was needed. Please leave the condo in the condition you found it in. Once she gives me the OK I mail out your security deposit. It is also very important to complete the items listed above before checkout. It makes for a smooth transition to the next guest. No complaints from Chad will help speed up the return of your security deposit.
