Light, airy garden flat with art deco features..step out through the bay windows in each room straight into the secluded gardens. The seafront is less than a mile away and has a lovely sandy beach and great tea-shops. Llandudno and Snowdonia are on the doorstep. There is a Co-Op just across the road that is open from 7 -11 and sells almost everything. There are a huge range of activities available for all ages and interests. Great for a romantic getaway, or small groups / families. All welcome.
There is 1 step up to go to Bed 2, but otherwise there are no steps.....however, you need to step out through the window to get into the private patio garden and go up 3 steps to use the outdoor dining decking area....other garden areas are accessed without any steps.
There is a fenced off area at the back of the house that is for the use of the upstairs flat.....all other areas are mine, including the front garden and drive etc.
All kitchen appliances can be used and include a washing machine, 2 fridge-freezers, a microwave, an oven and hob.

There is a driveway, where you can park either 1 standard, or 2 small cars.
There is a private, secluded patio garden at the back/side of the flat. Also there is a raised decking area for outside dining at the other side.
There is a washing line attached to the front of the garage to dry washing.

Entry is not through the front porch, but at the 2nd side-door, which leads straight into the kitchen. (The 1st side door is labelled 196B and is for the upstairs flat).
