The stone exterior of this stately 5 bed/3 bath home sitting on the 15th Fairway of The North Course lets you know the interior will be just as impressive. The dramatic foyer has a beautifully tiled floor and it leads the way into a magnificent great room with cathedral wood clad ceilings, wood flooring and a wood burning fireplace. In the spacious living area you will find built-in seating around the wall of windows facing the golf course. The kitchen has newer refrigerator and dishwasher and the tile floor leads into the dining area which has access to the screen porch. There are two bedrooms and one bath on the main level. Upstairs you will find the beautiful master suite with wood floors, walk in closet, tiled bath, double sink, whirlpool and magnificent long views. The lower level has an abundance of room with 2 more bedrooms and another bath. The home is located in the Walnut Hill area which has its own outdoor pool complex for owners and guests. You are a short distance from the North Pro Shop, General Store and the Eagle Ridge Inn complex. Sleeps 10. Max. Occupancy 10.

The following are terms and conditions offered with the confirmation of your reservation.

Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Arrivals before 4 p.m. and departures after 11 a.m. are generally not permitted. Early arrival or late departure without prior consent will result in a automatic $100 fine applied to your reservation balance. If the unit is ready and available, we will try to accommodate early arrival or late departure, however, check-in prior to 2:00 pm or check-out later than 2:00 pm is subject to the additional cost of the units nightly rental fee.

Capacity Considerations & Noise: Our homes are to be used for the QUIET enjoyment of our guests and are NOT to be used for parties, large gatherings or receptions beyond the sleeping capacity of the home. “Disturbing the Peace” may result in eviction and/or loss of rental amount. Please be respectful of your neighbors in regards to noise, parking, and their property. The Resort Security Department has the ability to fine up to $1000.00 to homeowners that rent to guests that do not behave appropriately. This fine will be passed onto the guest of the rental home. Occupancy is specifically LIMITED to the MAXIMUM number of people indicated on rental agreement.

Cleaning: Your reservation includes a routine cleaning after your departure. We don't ask that you clean the home; we just ask that you pick up after yourself and remove trash before departing. Check-out guidelines are posted in the Guest Book of each unit.

Damages: Galena Reservations reserves the right to charge your credit card for damage, theft, or if excessive cleaning is required as a result of your tenancy in the unit. Furniture should not be moved in any unit. You will be billed a fee of $25 per hour to return moved furniture to its proper location.

Garage and/or Locked areas: Garages are for Owner use ONLY, guests are NOT permitted to use/enter the garage. Off street parking is provided for guest use. All homes have locked areas that are used for Owner/Maintenance/Housekeeping supplies. These areas are locked and are OFF limits. Entering any locked area within a home is considered breaking and entering and is not permitted!

Refrigerator: Please allow up to 24 hours for the refrigerator in your unit to cool your food. Filling an empty refrigerator with groceries requires it to work extra hard to cool your food; especially if the refrigerator has sat empty for a couple of days. We suggest bringing ice if you are bringing a lot of groceries with you.

Supplies: For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels (2 rolls), hand soaps, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and laundry detergent. Shampoo/conditioner, lotion and body wash are NOT provided. We do not replenish supplies during your stay.

Bed Linens & Bath Towels: Bed linens (excluding those for sleeper sofas where applicable) and bath towels are provided. Items supplied are based on the number of occupants the home accommodates. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa, you should bring your own linens. Each unit has a washer/dryer available for you use.

Pool Towels: Pool/Beach towels are NOT provided and bath towels are not to be taken out of the rental home. If you plan to use the resort pool, you should bring your own beach towels.

Internet Service: Internet service has been installed by the owner in SOME of our homes (please check home amenity list of the unit you have reserved) and no additional charges are billed for this service. We cannot guarantee that the internet will be operating properly during guest stays; service calls are NOT offered after hours should access or connections not be functioning. Refunds and/or discounts are not given due to issues that may occur with Internet.

Inappropriate Internet Usage: Posting, transmitting, or sharing with others any copyrighted material without permission - thereby engaging in copyright infringement is illegal. Copyright infringement may subject the infringer to liability to the copyright owner for as much as $250,000 for each infringement. Violation of copyright law is also a federal crime. You will be responsible for any costs associated to illegal activity done via internet while occupying and using internet service in the vacation home. Do NOT download movies/photos/magazines/etc. illegally (without purchasing) or you will be held responsible for any legal issues and/or costs that arise from any illegal activity.

Television Service: Basic Satellite or Cable service has been installed in each of our homes for entertainment purposes only and no additional charges are billed for this service. Specific channels (ESPN, GOLF, Pay Preview, etc.) may not be available in the rental home and cannot be added so a specific event can be watched. We cannot guarantee that the service will be operating properly during guest stays; service calls are NOT offered after hours should access or connections not be functioning. Service interruptions can happen and we have not control over the service providers. Refunds and/or discounts are not given due to issues that may occur with Internet.

Hot Tubs: Some of our units offer hot tubs. Please observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the unit regarding the safe use of the hot tub. The hot tub and surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous and can be slippery when wet. You accept and assume all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and patio/deck areas and release Galena Reservations and the homeowner from any and all liability or loss that may result in connection with the use of the hot tub.

Pet Policy: Not all properties are pet friendly. In the properties that accept pets, NO more than two (2) pets (dogs - no puppies or cats) are allowed. Properties, which allow pets, will have a $10 (per night-per pet), fee charged to the booking. You must clean up after your pet in the yard, the neighborhood, etc. Pets are not allowed in beds or on furniture, if your pet is accustomed to getting on furniture you must bring something to cover the furniture. Additional housekeeping due to pet fur will be passed on to the guest on file. A non-refundable per pet fee of $500.00 will be charged if you bring a pet to a non-pet friendly home. In addition, you will be asked to vacate the home or condo you rented immediately.

Maintenance: If maintenance or repairs are required at the home during your stay, please notify us immediately and allow a representative of Galena Reservations access to the home to make the necessary repairs. Please notify our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) immediately if you are unsatisfied with the condition of your rental home upon your arrival.

Lost Items: Galena Reservations is not responsible for the recovery cost of lost or stolen personal property. There will be a $25.00 fee plus the cost of shipping to return any items left behind. Items not claimed after 30 days will be disposed of.

Website Information: All information contained in our website is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. All of the homes we represent are independently owned. Therefore, from time to time, owners may choose to leave the Galena Reservations Property Management program, add or remove furnishings, amenities, etc. Galena Reservations will make every attempt to re-accommodate our guests to a like property. However, we are not responsible for printing errors or changes made by owners in the furnishings or amenities. Prices, amenities, specials, seasons, and/or minimums are subject to change with or without notice.

Amenities: Galena Reservations makes no guarantee regarding hot tubs, Internet, or appliances. We will make reasonable effort to repair during your stay within normal business hours.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the rental. Violations may result in a $500.00 penalty. Smoking is permitted outdoors ONLY, and you are responsible to properly remove cigarette/cigar butts and debris.

Vehicles: Boats, RVs, trailers, tents and campers are not allowed at any of our homes.

Risks: You accept and assume all risks involved in or related to the use of the Vacation home and all Resort Amenities and release Galena Reservations and the Homeowner from any and all liability or loss that may result in connection with any accident or injury during your stay.

We ask that you electronically sign in agreement to these terms. However, if you do not sign the agreement prior to arrival then by accessing the vacation home you have rented you agree with the terms and conditions stated above.

Guest hereby agrees to comply the following:

Guest to pay additional dog registration fee in the amount of $10 per dog per night.
All dogs must comply with the following specifications (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by Guest upon request): a. May not exceed one hundred(100) lbs(URL HIDDEN)b. Must be at least one (1) year of age or older(URL HIDDEN)c. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
All dogs must be leashed at all times.
Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all dog refuse. If any dog refuse is found on the property, guest will incur an extra fee for removal.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture (including beds, couches, chairs, etc.) at any time. Any evidence of dogs being on the furniture or beds may incur extra cleaning fees. If your pet normally gets on furniture at your home please bring linens to cover any furniture. {{initial}}
All dogs are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and dogs.
Dog shall not damage premises. If damages are caused, A+ Reservations will bill you for remainder of fee to remedy the damage.
Dogs shall not be left unattended for an undue length of time indoors and will never be left unattended outdoors.
Homeowner/Property Management Company assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to dogs or humans while on the premises.
All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner.
