Have a bright, newly-remodeled row house (one unit in a quadplex building) all to yourself in Denver's historic Clayton Neighborhood.

Location:
- Within 1.5 miles from airport train station and the RiNo District.
- Walking Distance to Denver's City Park and My 420 Tours.
- About 3 miles from Downtown, within a $7 Uber/Lyft from all the fun.
Enjoy a back patio area with a grill, two bedrooms to sleep up to three people. Quiet and residential, but still close to the heart of the city.

Der Wohnraum

My home is light-filled and airy, with both new contemporary and antique heirloom details. I go for a minimalist, clean, spa-like aesthetic.

The living room has an open layout, featuring original local art and unique restored furniture pieces. People gravitate toward the bar counter that connects the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is warm and inviting, with a corner breakfast nook for two.

The two bedrooms are both compact, just as floor plans tended to be back in 1952 when this house was built. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom both have A/C units for good sleep during the summer months. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The bathroom has all-new surfaces and finishes, with hairdryer available.

The back patio is a sociable, private, fenced-in area with a table and grill. Great for small pets and lounging in the mornings and evenings.

Guests have access to the entire house, yard, and two designated off-street parking spaces in the alley behind the house.

Keep in mind that this is my primary residence, so I store most of my belongings here. Closet and drawer space is somewhat limited, although there is a full closet available in the 2nd bedroom.

I'm happy to answer calls and texts during the day. I'll probably be in Denver during the weekdays if anything comes up, but I like to get away to the mountains during the weekends!

Great spot that's a quick drive away from downtown. Cynthia was very prompt with responding to messages and very helpful. Beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to stay in a place that had a well supplied bathroom. Having an air mattress provided is a plus, and having multiple AC units is super convenient. Wifi worked great. Parking was not an issue at all as you get a private spot in the back.
