It is an older building like most Waikiki but the entire studio has JUST been RENOVATED June 2017. Fantastic here we views from the The Whole Condo! Watch Amazing Fireworks every Friday Night from your room! New Comfortable Queen size memory foam bed, New Kitchen, New Bathroom, etc. Amenities include Roof Deck Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Activities Desk, Lobby Ice & Vending Machine Smart Car Rental, Attached Pay Garage Parking, Coffee/Breakfast Restaurant, Lunch & Dinner Restaurant, Bar Mini Mart & More.

The building amenities include Sundeck Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ area, Breakfast Cafe, Take Out Food, Bar, Mini Mart, Gym, Luggage Storage & Laundry Facility, Lobby Ice Machine, Vending Machine. It also has a paid public parking garage in the building which is $25 for 24 hours. Street parking can be found as well along the Ala Wai Canal.

Self Check-In upon arrival via Lockbox Key Pick Up but I always enjoy interactions with my guests and enjoy striving to meet their needs. I also respect my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
The security office in the lower lobby offers storage for a flat fee of $10.


VERY LATE CHECK-IN:
If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 500 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and veer right where it turns into the Lobby (L).

Burger & Sushi on Lobby (L) has great take out. They have a very large menu. Bring lunch or dinner to the beach or up to your unit. See menu on their Yelp Page!

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping.

CHECK IN: Check-in time is 4 pm or after and check-out is 11 am or before.

FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM.

Gym: $5 per guest in Lower Lobby (LL).

WATER SHUT OFF:
If the water is ever off for some reason, it is because there has been an emergency shut off and maintenance is working VERY hard to restore ASAP.

Every 2nd Tuesday of the month the water in the building is shut off between 11am-4pm. All buildings in Waikiki do this, including mine 1 day a month. Our pipes are very sensitive to sand from the beach and it's also to let any owners do plumbing work they need to do on their units. Please make sure all faucets are turned off if you leave your unit for the day. I apologise for any inconvenience.

BIKES: The building rules do not allow bikes to be taken up the elevators, however bike in travel case is allowed. There are city bike racks near by.

DEPOSIT: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive trash left or repair/replacement for damages to the room or its contents. TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are already included in the price. RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

The condo is exactly as described! Walking distance to everything you need! We found parking to be pricey and ended up taking the time to find street parking during our stay. The unit is clean and comfortable, and comes with all the basics that you need plus more! Gina was always very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry we had. We’d definitely recommend to stay here :)

Gina is a great host! She's very responsive we had to extend 1 day due to a flight cancellation and she was very accommodating. The views are amazing, very clean, the pool is great. The building is quiet run down but it's great value for money and so close to everything.

Gina's apartment is in Central location. It's just about 15mins walk to main street of Waikiki Beach. Convenient store just downstair with some restaurants around. Carpark at the premise is available for guest with a charge of $25/ 24hrs with unlimited access, cash only and pay before first entry. Apartment is clean with very good view of city and ocean. Most of the daily essentials were provided, unfortunately except bathing gel and shampoo as listed, it could be just a missed. It's overall a good experience.

Convenient and freshly renovated unit within the Hawaiian Monarch. The room is fairly small but has everything required for a short stay, except maybe a vacuum cleaner to get rid of the sand that will inevitably follow from a beach trip. Walk is about 15 minutes to where the action happens in Waikiki. Note: Even though the unit itself is freshly painted and furnished, it is part of a large hotel complex that probably dates from the 70s and clearly shows its age (hallway, elevators, amenities, ...).

Gina‘s apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the main city center and waikiki beach. It was very clean and we really liked the beautiful details im the apartment - the view is amazing! Getting there and into the apartmen is easy because it was organised well by Gina. We never met in person but she always responded fast if we had questions. We loved our stay there and will definitely recommend it to everyone! Mahalo Gina :)

Aloha- I moved to Waikiki several years ago and love everything about it! I've been in the tourism industry for over 12 years and a few years ago I got lucky and came across an ad to work with Fran and her lovely units. Now I'm managing them for her! :) There's a great satisfaction in seeing others enjoy a life changing vacation! Life is too short NOT to vacation!!
