It is only 2 blocks from the great coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and nightlife found in Braddon. This place is ideal for the business traveller, couples looking for a weekend getaway, or a family with one or two small children.
This large one bedroom has plenty of space attached to a large and private courtyard that gives lots of privacy and space to stretch out when the days are warm. Although this place is close to the funky Canberra nightlife, it is also a very quiet apartment and a great place to relax.
A spotlessly clean kitchen is provided complete with fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery, cooking implements, and basic cooking ingredients are provided for your convenience. For breakfast, we have catered things like muesli, oats, weet-bix, milk, teas (black and herbal), and sugar.
The living area includes both three seat and a two seat lounges, a pillowed ottoman (so you can put your feet up), some books, and a flat-screen TV.
In the dining area, you’ll find a full size dining table and chairs.
The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with a variety of pillows, clean fresh linen, bedside tables, and lamps.
The apartment has two spotlessly clean bathrooms. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, and vanity. The second bathroom is accessed through the living area and has a toilet and small vanity (perfect if your small kids are sleeping on the lounges).
The laundry provides a dryer, a Miele washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Plus all the products you need for a quick wash.

Keys will be collected by the guest from a lock box, the PIN code will be messaged to the guest prior to arrival.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment. If you want to smoke, please head outside the apartment complex.
Tenants must at all times be mindful and respectful to other tenants in the complex and noise is to be kept to a minimum during the evening hours.
The property to be handed back in a clean and respectful state before the guest leaves.
Check out is by 11am however later checkouts can be arranged depending on rental schedules - please message me if you want to organise this.
Any damage whilst guest is staying will be paid by the guest.
Toiletries and cleaning products are provided for your enjoyment but all containers (bottles, tubes, boxes, etc.) are not to be removed.
If anything is stained and the stain cannot be removed with a reasonable cleaning then the guest will be charged for the item replacement.
