This sleek kitchen and living area is bright and spacious and is beautifully decorated with contemporary pieces of art. The kitchen area is fitted with a gas hob, ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The washing machine is located here as well. The dining table sits 10-12 people with views of the garden through the large glass doors which fold back to allow access to the garden and full open plan living. While cooking enjoy your favourite sounds coming through the ceiling built in music speaker system.
On the first floor is the stylish master bedroom, fitted with a king sized bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The room is tastefully decorated and features a fireplace and an armchair as well.
On the first floor is this bedroom offering a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk by the window looking over the garden. There is a weight bench in this room, for those who enjoy their exercise routine. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a single wash basin, a WC and a bath tub with hand held shower.

This bedroom is located on the top floor and offers a single bed and a double sofa bed. A wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk are nicely set in this room.

This stunning verdant garden is fitted with a BBQ, a table and chairs and can be accessed through the kitchen. There is a fire pit, perfect for marshmallow toasting or just warming up in the evening.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties

- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
