Set right off Main Street in the main hub of Moab, this home offers easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation such as off-roading, Jeep tours, hiking, rock climbing, and visiting the beautiful national parks just a short drive away. The building has security cameras throughout and offers secure bike storage, and this particular condo is ADA compliant.
This lovely condo has a shabby chic feel with stained concrete floors, high-end decor and furnishings, and tall ceilings. The furniture is made on-site from reclaimed wood, and the condo is solar powered!
An open main living area promotes mingling with fellow travelers while relaxing on the sofa watching a movie on the flatscreen TV, dining around the pub-height table for four, and whipping up delicious culinary creations in the designer kitchen.
Entertainment amenities include cable, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo, and WiFi. The full kitchen features granite countertops, a gorgeous stone backsplash, and stainless steel major appliances. Add-ons include a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, mixer, and slow cooker, which means all you'll need to bring along are fresh ingredients for home-cooked meals.
Just through the sliding glass door is a covered patio complete with table and chairs and a gas grill for summer BBQs. End each evening sipping a cold beverage and watching the stars appear outside with the family and dogs. Please keep in mind if you do bring up to two dogs, there is a nightly pet fee.
All six guests will feel well-rested each day after sleeping on the master bedroom's king-size bed, one of the twin-size beds in the guest room, or the living room sofabed. A large roll-in shower with support beams is featured in the master bathroom and a tub/shower combo is found in the hallway bathroom. A half-bath and laundry room are also available for convenience.
The mountain views will beckon you to get outdoors and enjoy the stunning red rock cliffs that are great for mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, riding ATV's, and off-roading. Jeep tours in town are thrilling and perfect for seeing the sandstone cliffs when you don't have a 4X4 of your own. Drive a mere six miles north to visit Arches National Park. Canyonlands National Park is about 30 miles northwest and is home to The Needles and Island in the Sky. Enjoy a day on the Colorado River whitewater rafting, kayaking, or simply cooling off.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
