In the heart of Thessaloniki the apartment will ensure you a luxury and comfortable residence.
The studio is around 40 m2 and one of the best features is the view of the beautiful Square.

The decor and all the appliances are brand new, since it was renovated in June 2017.
The whole designed it creates a natural, cozy feeling where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning...or relax in the evening with a nice glass of wine.
The comfortable new double bed will ensure you have a good night's rest and the apartment has been fitted with double glazing, for better sound proofing.
Fresh towels, bed sheets, hair dryer and an ironing board are also provided. A new A/C inverter has been installed for cooling.
New heating system will ensure you a warm and hostable place at the winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utilities (such as coffee maker and coffe espresso capsules,sugar,Greek coffe,fresh tea,kettle, toastie machine, mini-oven with hob). It has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner

I kindly ask you to respect and take care of the apartment, as you would expect from the visitors before you.
Please follow the house rules below:
-No smoking inside the studio
-Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, there is a serius problem in the drainage system
-Please clear up the kitchen and wash dirty dishes when you are leaving
-Take out your trash before departing
-No pets are allowed in the studio.
-I kindly remind you that check out is at 12:00
