The guest is the only one who reserved the room through Airbnb. He was the only person communicated with us as well. One of the guest did not know how to operate the Nest thermostat and turned on heating by mistake. I had to override it remotely. We had the most high end firm mattress for the beds, which obviously this particular guest did not appreciate. The refrigerator was working fine. The shower head was working fine as well (it is the handheld style shower head and you suppose to use it by hand). There is one burner on the stove stopped working, but it did not prevent any one from using the other 3 burners. Obliviously the guest rarely travels and complains about everything that is different from his house. We have always respond to his request immediately, but he was too hard to please.
