Spacious, updated heritage home on a quiet street, near Commercial Drive. Large open concept main level is great for entertaining while the upper level has a spectacular master suite and a large second bedroom.

Our home was built in 1911, but has just finished a full renovation. The open concept main level is bright and airy during the day and fabulous for entertaining. The dining room has french doors that open directly out to a large west-facing deck. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, separate balcony (with partial mountain view), and large ensuite with heated floors, freestanding tub, double sink vanity, water closet, towel heater and luxurious walk-in rainshower. The second bedroom and bathroom are also spacious and bright.

The chef-style kitchen features high end appliances (built-in fridge, 6 burner gas range, wall oven, built-in microwave & built-in dishwasher), a large island with breakfast nook and is fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils you need to make a spectacular meal.

There is permit free parking on the street as well as surrounding streets, parking in front of the house is usually available.

You will have access to the main and upper levels of the home, as well as the back and upper decks. There is a garden suite below with long term tenants who have a separate entrance. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which will be available. The 3rd will be locked for the duration of your stay. There is in-suite laundry and free wifi access.

Michael's home is beautifully put together, simple but well thought out, spacious but cozy. The communication we had was easy and quick, Michael was always responsive and even more helpful. The home is in a great neighbourhood, quiet and friendly, but close to commercial drive and very easy to get around from. Would definitely stay here again!
