Hello, my name is Shane and I'm an avid reader and outdoor-enthusiast originally from the Bay Area (Northern California). I visited Washington for the first time in college and instantly fell in love with the majestic mountain ranges, serene lakes, and delicious seafood. I swore to myself that one day I would make the evergreen state my home. It may have taken over ten years, but I kept my promise!
I currently live in North Tacoma with my husband and Basset Hound furbaby, Bandit. I like to hike, kayak, ski, and pretty much any activity that gets me outside and moving. I enjoy traveling to novel places and being exposed to cultures different from my own. I love to meet new people and am excited to share my home (and adoration for Tacoma and the Pacific Northwest) with others.
