This super bright, corner unit is the perfect vacation destination: it's a single-level condo located on the second floor, which offers secure underground parking for 1 vehicle. From this convenient location on Lakeview Blvd, you'll be a short, 5-minute walk to Canyon Lodge, The Village gondola, and the lifts and trails of Mammoth Mountain, creating an ideal escape for outdoor enthusiasts in every season.

Step inside to find 1,230 square feet of living space, with an open floor plan and upgraded furnishings throughout. Relax after a full day of activities on the large living room sofa, directly in front of the gas log fireplace, and watch the snow fall on the surrounding pines through picturesque windows.

Gather around hot cooked meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and plentiful counter space. Enjoy your meals at the bar counter (3 stools) or in the dining room, which seats up to 6.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: the Master bedroom offers a King-size bed, with ensuite bathroom, while the guest room features two Full-size beds and an attached bathroom with private living room entry.

You'll never have trouble falling asleep, thanks to cable TVs and smart Blu-ray players in both bedrooms. A private washer and dryer are also provided, ensuring that your skiing and hiking wardrobes are always fresh and clean.

Come summertime, you can hike with your family through the Mammoth Lakes Basin, take a scenic gondola ride, and tee off at the Sierra Star Golf course. You'll also be just 30 miles south of Mono Lake, and 66 miles southeast of Yosemite National Park-– one of the most spectacular natural landscapes in the Easter Sierras!

As you may know, leisure travel with restrictions have been approved as Mammoth Lakes and Mono county move into Stage 3 of the COVID19 Recovery Plan.

The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items.

Because properties have historically been furnished with large, overstuffed comforters and/or down duvets, we are unable to provide blankets or comforters at this time. We have ordered easily launder-able blankets to stock in the units, but these are currently backordered due to an interrupted supply chain. We will provide blankets as soon as they are available.

ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS!
