My place is close to the Manila airport, Resorts World, and St. Therese's Shrine Church. A new 2015 studio condo in One Palm Tree Villas, it has a queen-sized bed, and a sofa in the living room for an extra person. No charge for children under two! Air conditioned. Full kitchen. Hot shower. NON-Smoking. Just a short walk to Resorts World, or a ten minute taxi or shuttle ride to NAIA terminal 3! (For check ins outside 2-8 PM, click on HOUSE RULES.)
35 sq meters, including a small balcony overlooking the pool, playground and driveway. Free WiFi and cable TV, including HBO HD. Furnishings are new, comfortable and simple. Fully air conditioned. The kitchen includes a cook top, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Guests are provided with towels, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo. The swimming pool is available 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (but no life guard, so watch your children). There is also a small playground outside the unit.
Zugang für Gäste
To get in the unit, go in the gated entrance on Resort Drive. There is a guard there, and he may ask who you are, but he should have your name on a list of expected guests. Continue up the driveway and enter the building immediately on your right. The entrance is to the right of the pool. This building is cluster C. In the lobby there will be another guard, and also my co-host, who will meet you. He will show you to my unit (7N on the 7th floor), let you in and give you the keys. If you find anything wrong with the unit, or need anything, let him know then, or call him later. (I will email you contact information for him after booking.) You will also need to meet him and return the keys when you check out. Usually my brother, Tony Barrientos, is my co-host.
Interaktion mit Gästen
There will not be anyone else in my unit while you are there except you and your party. This is not like some other Air B&B accommodations with the owner present. The owner (me, Lorena) will probably be in America during your stay. My caretaker, usually my brother Tony Barrientos, will be around to give you any help you need.
Weitere wichtige Infos
There is 24 hour security downstairs and there is an intercom in the unit with monitor that allows the guests to call the guard, such as, to ask him to get you a taxi. The guard may also call up to tell you if you get a visitor or a package delivery. Please avoid drying clothes in the balcony. Kindly control the volume of the t.v. while watching and please lower your voice so it won't bother the neighbors. That is, no loud parties. Please, have no more than 5 visitors of any age, in addition to the registered guests. The water heater is under the bathroom sink and needs to be turned on to get hot water. A red light will be on whenever the unit is turned on. When the water is running and being heated, an orange light also appears. Please set the temperature about in the middle of the range - not the hottest or the coldest setting. In the shower you can make it cooler by adjusting the shower faucets. Before leaving the place, please turn-off the aircon and remember to give the keys back to the care taker. Lost keys will be charged to the guest at 150 pesos each. Any damages to the room or furnishings will also be charged to the guest.
