--No Smoking is allowed in the apartment, on balconies or in any of the common areas of the building. Violators will be charged $500 for each occurrence and your credit card on file be processed for damages incurred as a result of renters or guests of renters smoking in the unit.

--Playing of music or television must be at a level that cannot be heard in neighboring apartments.

--There is a $250 lost key charge for each set of access items (keys, key cards, key fobs, parking remotes/parking passes) not returned.

--Pets allowed with Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Breed and Weight restrictions apply. Guests must sign a pet responsibility addendum and provide current health certificate.

-- Tenant is responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear to this unit. Therefore, it is important that you inspect your unit carefully upon arrival and report any problems immediately.

The unit is corporate owned so renter will be communicating with various individuals, but not a problem. Booking is straightforward with accurate instructions on how to get hold of the unit. The building is new and nicely located with lots of restaurants nearby. The public garage is attached to the building, very convenient. There is a metro/subway (Kendall station) a few steps away that is an added bonus if you don't want to drive. The apt is clean with all the amenities you'll need.

This was truly a seamless experience. I had a red eye into Boston and needed a place that was able to get me into my room at 6am. I walked right in and security had my keys waiting. The apartment was spotless and smelled so clean. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Boston for work.

Fantastic location on the edge of the MIT Campus. Apartment is a "wow" when you walk in: high-end everything, with an unobstructed view of the Boston skyline. Only downside was that the included internet service is SLOW. Can't watch a YouTube video or do a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) call. The included IP phone service is also essentially unusable. Our AT&T phones didn't get a strong signal either -- so don't plan on being "connected" if that matters. Also, parking is not included and very expensive ($25/day). It's in the basement and highly secure, which is super convenient. The landlord was very professional.

Great apartment with perfect location. The apartment, just 2 stops from Downtown and Harvard campus, is nice and clean with a spectacular view. Thank you for great service!
