Rental listed is subject to revision from time to time. Rental is inclusive of management fee, rates, broadband internet, air-conditioning charge, consumption of electricity, water, gas and local telephone call and regular maid services (general cleaning and towels changed three times a week, linen changed once a week, except Sundays and public holidays) but exclusive of all other outgoings in non-capital and recurring nature. Licencee is required to pay security deposit and 1-month advance rental payment to the Landlord upon signing of the leasing documents.
