This Lady is very Picky! This is my first time writing the negative review since I start Airbnb. I communicated with her before she booking, which the room was a long term tenant stay, the date is long term tenant moving out a just half hour ago and will be late somehow, she is aware of that. However, I found the former long term tenant changed my bed position in the room, I have to move back, and when doing the job, I found the bed somehow was damaged on one of bed box rail beam, so I have to take more time to fix it. After she heard that I need more time(half hour) to fix it, she threatened me she will cancel and to booking another room, My principle is to let all my guest as happy as possible, when she told me she just needs to take a bath after 3 hours driving, she doesn't care her room is available right away, because she will be left after taking the bath. I gave her another room right away for her change and took the bath. A few days later after she check out, she asked me to refund back all her hosting fee(totally, she just lived 2 nights at the 150 Canada day cost(that day, most short term room price is 3 to 5 times as normal) Mine is only $30s' price per night) , and she said a lot of reason, which not the truth, my rooms always has the tenant or guest, which I just make the clean before she checked in. and my rooms have the five-star review for more than 80%. The price is less than half of cheapest hotel, I don't know what she is expecting. Maybe she lived in very great environment in the past, drive the very good car. So, I guess, if you host rooms condition is better than Hotel, you probably good to host her.
