Apartment 140m2 on the 2nd floor of a neoclassical building in the central part of Heraklion city. There are balconies on the three sides of the building. One on August 25th Street, the central pedestrian street of the city with the finest neoclassical buildings, ending in the Venetian harbor. A balcony in Agios Titos square and the third one just three meters from ''Loggia'', a Venetian architectural building where today the City Hall is housed.
Designed, built and decorated by the owner, Agapi, an architect and interior designer, the suite is a personal labor made of love providing luxurious and comfortable accommodation for VIP clients. Its construction is luxurious with marble floors, marble benches in the bathroom and walk in closet - with a 2.5 meter marble bench- with classic ceilings and exquisite decoration on the walls with plaster and 3D wallpapers. The furniture is Italian and Spanish, some of them marble.
Features living room, dining room, open bedroom, desk, walk in closet, bathroom, auxiliary kitchen with small refrigerator and filter-coffee machine but without electric stove. It also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Its location allows you to travel across the historic city center on foot.
It is located just 5 minutes from the archaeological museum and from the Venetian fortress in the harbor (Koules), 10 minutes from the historic museum and 15-20 minutes from the Natural History Museum. The central ''Lions square'' is just a few meters away and is visible from the balcony on the side of 25th August Street.
In the surrounding area you can find several of the city's most popular restaurants and cafes. The renter has the option of arranging a private lunch or dinner at the suite with some of them.
Just a 2-minute drive away, Central Park's largest private parking, as well as 3 other smaller ones.
You can easily arrange one-day excursions to the islands of Mykonos and Santorini from the port of Heraklion.
All essential amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and public transportation) are within walking distance keeping everything you might need at your doorstep.
