This 1750 sq. ft. charming 2 bedroom 1 bath traditional style home with hardwood floors, french doors, and a brick fireplace is wonderfully updated by splashes of beach chic furniture and accents indoors and out - making it a perfect beach getaway.
Walk up the long sidewalk, enjoy the lush Mediterranean landscaping surrounding you, and open the door to find yourself in a spacious, light-filled entry with a spacious great room to one side.
The large windowed cheerful great room easily showcases its large flat screen TV, its brick fireplace, and lots of comfortable modern and vintage furniture from which to enjoy it all!
This living room area is accompanied by a crisp white modern kitchen with everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. A small kitchen nook becomes the perfect place to sip morning coffee or cheer on the chefs. Add the food and the camaraderie and you are all set.
There is also a spacious dining area for 6-8 with large windows and access to the outside patio. The outside patio easily becomes part of your living space with its lush landscaping, wonderful places to sit and relax, or dine al fresco - all part of your day’s adventures.
There are two king bedrooms down the hallway from the entry, both with wonderful touches of beach decor and large windows to let the outside in, and flat screen TV’s for your enjoyment. Both rooms have access to the side yard and patio.
These bedrooms share a full hallway bath. There is a queen pull-out bed in the living room so this cottage comfortably sleeps 6 in beds. And of course, all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
A washer and dryer in the garage is available for you convenience. Just a note - the laundry is shared by a tenant who lives below the house with a separate entrance. This home also has WI-FI and cable and there is parking available for 2 cars in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway and street.
This home is close to all the exquisite shops and restaurants La Jolla Village has to offer. And La Jolla Cove is one of the most beautiful slices of coastline anywhere. There are also several parks nearby if anyone wants to be in spacious green spaces for a respite.
Grocery stores and coffee shops are nearby too, as is freeway access in the event that you decide to explore the many world class attractions San Diego has to offer such as Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and beautiful downtown San Diego too.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
