A very well thought of and cosy apartment with a charming balcony, bedroom/living room, bathroom and small entrance hall, located on the 3rd floor of an old, yet renovated 1934 apartment building in the center of Belgrade. The apartment has been fully refurbished, the beds, linens, mattresses, blankets, pillows are all new.
Amenities: refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee and cups, free wifi, air conditioning, cable TV, stereo with a plug to connect to your favourite audio device/phone.

5 minute walk to: the main square ‘Trg Republike’, the main pedestrian street ‘Knez Mihajlova’, the National Museum, the National Theater, the central city bus station called ‘Zeleni Venac’.

2 minute walk to the ‘Obilicev Venac’ street known for its popular coffee shops, or 10 minutes from ‘Dorcol’ - a lively neighborhood full of small, alternative bars, coffee shops and restaurants.
5 minute walk to the open air market place called ‘Zeleni Venac’, where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meat and other products from 08-16h. Also a 3 minute walk to a small market and bakery, both open 24h/7.
5 minute walk to the Sava river, along which there is a bicycle/running path that is approximately 16 km long. If you take a right for about 3 km, you will come up to a sports center called ‘Gale Muskatirovic’ containing an Olympic sized swimming pool, sauna, spa center, gym, all available for public. If you turn left for about 4 km, the path will lead you to a lake called ‘Ada Ciganlija’ where you will find numerous open courts for football, basketball, volleyball, even golf. During the summer season it is possible to swim and sunbathe along the beach, and have a drink in one of the 40+ different café’s and clubs.
Some of the popular alternative clubs are about a 20 minute walk over the Sava river, via ‘Branko’s’ bridge. In general it takes between 15 and 30 minutes by foot to get to most of the popular and alternative places to go out to, which allows the avoidance of taxi costs for some.
10 minute walk to one of the biggest parks called ‘Kalemegdan’, which holds a truly mesmerizing view of the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers.
The apartment is conveniently located just 5 minutes by foot from the central city bus station called ‘Zeleni Venac’ from which you can take buses to almost all other parts of Belgrade.
- From the airport take bus number 72 to ‘Zeleni Venac’, it takes about 30-40 minutes and costs about 1.5 Euros.
- From the international-local bus/train station take bus 52,53 or 56 to Zeleni Venac, it takes about 2-4 minutes. Or about 10-20 minutes by foot because its up hill!
There are public and private garages just down the street from the apartment, which charge around 15 Euros per day. For longer periods of stay
- Smoking ok only outside on the balcony!
- Everyone is requested to clean after themselves, especially bath and kitchen.
- No CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL AFTER 10 PM midnight unless agreed in advance.
