Der Wohnraum

The open floor plan is one of the best I've ever seen or created in a 1500 s/f home. I should know as I've built and/or remodeled 100+ homes. As you can see, the house is purposely built for entertaining, so please invite your friends over for a meal or cocktails. Also, if you are a Bronco's fan and you can't get tickets to the game, it will bring tears of joy to my eyes if I hear that you've had a Bronco's party at my house!

If you need a second bedroom and the oversized couch won't suffice, I have a spare mattress downstairs in the storage room that the property manager/handyman (Matt) can bring upstairs for you.

I've recently relocated to SoCal after living in Colorado since 1999. All of my family is CO, so I'll be back. Just had to "go and see about a girl." Name the movie...

I really love my house in Lakewood. There was plenty of blood, sweat and tears invested into the 2 year+ remodel. I really hope you dig it as much as I do. The gas fireplace and the steam shower are my favorite features, although the new master closet system are pretty flippin' amazing.

Also, I love backcountry skiing, cycling, surfing, the Broncos, yoga, the Pacific Ocean, great whiskey and Costa Rica. That said, the things in life I love most deeply are my amazing family and my tribe of crazy friends.
