ABOUT THE CONDO
A full three stories make this condo feel airy and spacious, with plenty of room and privacy for up to eight guests. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are bright, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities you need to dine in. A handsome dining table seats six, and a dishwasher makes post-meal clean up easy.
The living room includes a sectional where four guests can relax with a movie on the 42” flat screen TV with DVD player. The gas fireplace is cozy in the wintertime, and a sliding glass door to the balcony means year-round sunshine. The patio has a propane grill, perfect for afternoon cookouts.
On the first floor, the elegant master bedroom has a king that invites you to sleep in just a little longer—or enjoy the morning sunlight on the peaceful, private first-floor patio. Plenty of closet space makes storage easy, and the first-floor bathroom with a double vanity is just steps down the hall.
Sharing the first floor with the master is a second guest room, appointed with a queen bed and dresser.
Another bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen bed and is convenient to both the living/dining area and the second bathroom.
The final bedroom is a roomy loft on the third floor, and comes equipped with a queen bed and a 42” TV with a DVD player.
Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer set and unassigned parking for up to two vehicles in the lot.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
