Charming 1940’s bungalow in a historic neighborhood. Walkable location close to Sloan’s Lake, Alamo Draft House, and a quick bike/drive to the Broncos Stadium. The house sits on a park-like yard for that's perfect for kids, pets, and friends. House is furnished in a modern farmhouse style. Quiet neighborhood that's close to everything you want & need: grocery store, bakery, deli, coffeeshops, bike paths, lake, movie theatre, light rail, and great local eateries.
The house is furnished in a modern farmhouse style with the aim to be a cozy retreat while visiting the city. What makes the house truly unique is the oversized yard that feels like you own private park. Great for entertaining, playing with the kids, or just relaxing in the grass. The yard also contains a large play house that you're free to explore.
The house also comes with four off street parking spaces in a completely fenced in lot.

I'm originally from a small town in North Dakota, but moved to Denver in 1992. And I love it here. Once you visit Denver, you'll want to move here too. Great weather, nice people, excellent food/entertainment, and the mountains.
My wife and I are both design professionals. I design software interface and my wife is a creative director for one of largest ad agencies in the state.
We have two girls (9 and 13), two dogs (Mackenzie and Mocha), and two cats (Moo and Milo).
When we're not working or attending school events, we spend a lot of time exploring the great places in our neighborhood, bicycle, hike, ski, garden, and travel.
Our top travel tip is the small fishing village of Parlatuvier, Tobago in Trinidad & Tobago. An amazing eating experience that's a mix of Caribbean, African, Indian, and French cuisine. The people are incredible friendly, NO BUGS, and largely undiscovered by the large commercial hotel industry.
I hope you love our house and the Denver area as much as we do. Enjoy your stay and come back soon!
