A bright flat full of charm, with recently redone kitchen, plenty of natural light and (even though I live here) no clutter!
It is a walking distance to Brixton tube (12 minutes), with a couple of train stations nearby (Loughborough Junction and and Denmark Hill) to different parts of London.
The flat is usually not available for longer periods - however, I am away for a month in Dec/Jan and happy to offer discounts on longer stays, please ask.
It is a lovely flat, cosy and sunnied with own garden. I live there, therefore it has got everything - internet, (tiny) TV, washing machine, pots & pans, spare bedding, nespresso machine, bathroom things, books to read.....
it is not noisy at all - the bedroom is double glazed, and all noised are muffled.
I am happy to explain where to go/what to see in the neighbourhood or London. Please ask me for directions to the flat from different airports/train stations, finding the right route can save you a lot of time.
the wifi code is on the fridge magnet on the air extractor, the router in the lounge should you need to reset it. You can eat any food you find in the flat - there probably won't be much, but it saves you buying the basics, and things in the fridge are perishable, so a good thing if somebody eats them.
Feel free to use the garden & BBQ, just lock the doors, and put the fire out (and clean it) when done with it.
There is free parking on Lilford road, 2 mins walk from the flat.

I will be away, as rent my flat only when travelling. However, happy to explain anything over emails/calls.
Weitere wichtige Infos
it is a period house and the walls are thin. Can you please keep the noise down after 10.30pm during the week, especially in the lounge, as my neighbors' bedroom is directly underneath?
Can you please not wear shoes inside the flat, the carpet is beige and every mark shows - there are slippers, costs nothing to wear them :-)
Also, this is NOT a basement but a raised ground floor flat, and the entrance is up the flight of stairs, not on the ground level; some people have been known to try to enter into the same neighbours' flat, and you don't want to be mistaken for a burglar!
Could you not smoke inside the flat, and go out in the garden to do so? Not a problem to bring a pet in, there is Ruskin Park 5 minutes away for walking dogs. if you must wear your shoes indoors, can you not walk in them in the carpeted parts (beige, any mark shows!). The wicker basket in the bathroom has some toiletries for you. I love coffee so there is a lot of equipment to make a good cup - nespresso machine (I will leave coffee pods for you) , milk frother and Italian-style coffee maker. There are a plenty of different types of teas also. Help yourself with whatever is in the kitchen and food cabinet!
