Welcome to this quiet, tastefully decorated lower level 1200 square foot condo located in the beautifully landscaped community of Ritz Point - just a short walk through the St. Regis Golf Links to Salt Creek Beach, world-class resorts, Dana Point Harbor, and a short drive to Laguna Beach.
Ritz Point has a large community pool, three Jacuzzis, and a gym that you may use to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others making it a perfect vacation retreat whether you stay within Ritz Point or venture to enjoy the many adventures that Southern California has to offer.
Upon entering you walk into a spacious great room with a living area fully equipped with a 40” HDTV and DVD player, a fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating. The couch pulls out to a queen bed so this home comfortably sleeps six.
The fully modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your cooking needs, including a small table for 2 where you can have company while preparing meals.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the in the separate dining room that seats six. Catch some beach breezes in the patio area in the late afternoon or early mornings.
A queen master suite has its own en suite bath. A second bedroom also has a queen bed. There are flat screen TV’s in all the bedrooms.
The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a storage cabinet. This home has one assigned parking space that is covered; and there is additional parking in uncovered spaces.
Ritz Pointe is next door to the famous St. Regis Hotel and just minutes from The Orange County Dana Point Harbor and downtown Dana Point. Located towards the northern end of Dana Point in the Monarch Beach area, it is also just a 15-minute drive into the beautiful seaside town of Laguna Beach.
Ritz Pointe is also within a 15 min drive (or 30 min. bike ride) from historic San Juan Capistrano with its historic mission and the quaint Los Rios District filled with charming antique shops, restaurants and art galleries.
Access to the beach is a secluded pathway with no traffic along the golf course until you reach isolated Salt Creek Beach. Strands Beach, just in front of the Ritz Carlton Hotel is a 2-mile drive or a 25-minute walk.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
