29th floor provides plenty sunlight, quiet surroundings, and beautiful views.
You will have 1 Queen Bed + 1 Sofa bed. Also access to Terrace on 21st floor.
Wall Street is the center of downtown Manhattan. You are 5 min walk away to east-river ferries, Charging Bull, West Seaport, plus many tourist tractions.
You may also receive wonderful company from a feline friend. Cat lovers welcome!

The Studio is spacious with high ceiling. 29th-floor window faces West and provide plenty of lights through out the day. Sun deck terrace is accessible 10am-10pm on 21st floor.

Historically known as the "Wall and Hanover Building", is a prewar landmark built in 1929 by architects Delano & Aldrich, and was previously occupied as the headquarters of Brown Brothers & Co. Until 2013, the building was transformed into a luxury residence and renamed as "The Crest". The building is also listed on "National Register of Historic Places".

Building has 24 hour doorman. You can pick up keys from the doorman, or they will open door for you. You can drop keys inside the apartment upon leaving.
10am-10pm access to outdoor terrace on 21st floor.
Laundry room is located on 4th floor, and conveniently receives credit cards. Dry clean drop off service at lobby level.

You will have the Studio Space to yourself. I will not be there during your stay.
The cat - "Nadine" - will likely to be there (unless otherwise noted). She is a friendly one-year old Torbie. You can play/interact with her as little or as much as you wish (she has plenty of toys).
