Our apartment is a beautiful modern apartment, in the Botanic area of Belfast. It is cosy, comfortable, well equipped and fantastically located for exploring Belfast..... within walking distance of the city centre, Queens University, Belfast Botanical Gardens; to name a few, and surrounded by awarding winning restaurants, coffee shops and bars. 5) We ask you not to loiter outside front of property while smoking as this causes lack of privacy for other property users.
6) We do not facilitate groups of parties such as Hen / Stag.
7) All children should be supervised whilst on the external balcony area.
8) Check-in is strictly 4pm or later, check-out is strictly no later than 10.30am. Unless otherwise agreed with management.
9) All guests must pay a refundable security deposit prior to their stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment of the security deposit is required 7 days prior to your arrival via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) / online transfer.
10) Guests are required to provide an electronic copy of their photographic ID prior to their stay.

Apartment just as expected and advertised. Close to restaurants and bars if wanted, but down a quiet residential street if not. Eddie was a fantastic host, responsive and very helpful. Would return.

The apartment is in a great location, close to stores & restaurants and to areas for walking. Very clean and fresh. Host is very responsive prior to and throughout the stay. Based on descirption (views of city) had expected for the apartment to be at a higher floor but the groundfloor got assigned to us: still great.
