This large house is ideal for football-fan-type groups who want to be together in a location very close to the UM stadium and only a short walk to downtown Ann Arbor and UM's central campus. Parking is free on the street in front of the house, or on the property, with permission.
The main thing that makes this space unique is the LOCATION! Just about equidistant between the Big House (UM stadium) and downtown Ann Arbor, the house is walkable to anywhere downtown, the central UM campus, the UM bus routes, and the express bus to the airport ("Michigan Flyer"). Additionally, the space is wonderful because it has many rooms to spread out in and is big enough to accommodate a group.
Zugang für Gäste
The entire main floor and second floor are included in this listing. However, there is another apartment in the house, accessible from the patio, and completely separate from the main house. This private suite will be occupied either by the host-home owners during your stay or by other Airbnb guests who have no access to the rest of the house. The patio-level guests "own" the backyard patio and the back door, while Upstairs guests "own" the front door and the front porch--and its glider.

My husband, Larry, and I have lived in this house since 1992. We raised our children here while improving and eventually doubling the size of the house. Larry is an engineer, physicist, and amateur photographer; and I am a writer of sorts, having published a walking guide to Ann Arbor called Riverwalks. I love trees, good art, philosophical conversations, and homemaking. We enjoy traveling and hosting travelers, and we do look forward to hosting you!
