We have investigated and would like to explain that our units were heavily booked especially in the last 2 weeks of Dec, many with back to back stays. While most of our guests have positive experience and given feedback, we regret that your stay was not up to your expectation. We endeavor to turn our units around within 3 to 4 hours but being airbnb instead of hotel, we do rely on and remind guests to help us keep the apartment clean when they checked out. During the period of your stay, we had many units to turn around and were unfortunately, also short of cleaners due to the holiday period. Perhaps you are not aware that there are clean bedsheets, pillow cases in the unit's wardrobe for self change if necessary. Overall, we are taking action and apologise again for any inconvenience caused and will aim to improve as our desire is to provide our guests with good homestays for them to enjoy our full condo facilities when they visit us at Puteri Harbor.
