Energy consumption
The rent include all bills and taxes (exclude telephone calls), assuming a reasonable usage of electricity/gas/water from the guest(s). If the level of usage reaches unreasonable levels (e.g. more than double the average usage compared to the equivalent quarter of the previous year), we reserve the right to charge the amounts above twice the average over the last quarter).

Lost of keys
For security and insurance purposes, locks (of the lost keys) will be replaced. A charge of the full replacement cost will be applied to the guest(s) in such an event.

Bicycle
Please keep the bicycle inside the apartment after use. A charge will be applied to the guest(s) in the event of the lost of the bicycle.

Damages
The guest(s) will compensate the host for any damages to the apartment, including but not limited to any items and appliances provided for the guest(s) usage.

Early termination
The host reserve the right to terminate the stay of the guest(s) early if we discover any violation of any of the house rules by the guest(s). In addition, a charge will be applied to the guest(s) for any costs incurred by the host as a result of the violation of these rules.

El was an amazing host. Very kind and nothing was too much trouble. Even provided the essentials such as tea, milk etc. on arrival. Her apartment is beautiful, clean, light and spacious and in a fabulous location close to Canary Wharf and the river. Quick and easy to get into central London and the foot tunnel to Greenwich is only a short walk away. I loved staying here and would highly recommend El as a host.

The location was excellent for my work in Canary Wharf which is within easy walking distance. Public transport options and food shops are practically on the doorstep with extensive shopping facilities available at the Wharf. The views from the flat are fantastic, uniterrupted from the Shard over Canary Wharf and the O2 Arena to the Emirates Airline. There is also a spacious roof terrace which was very pleasant on sunny weekends. Elsa was always easily reachable, very polite and responded to every query promptly. She made me feel welcome even before I moved in. My only criticism is that when I arrived the flat was not as clean as I would expect a place of this standard to be. Also, due to a roof leak (which is currently being rectified) there was an unsightly damp patch around one of the windows during my stay. Overall though the flat was perfect for my needs and I would not hesitate staying at Elsa's property again in the future.
