I would like to address your feedback, firstly, thanks for staying and sorry it wasn't what you expected.
Is the annex an annex? I'm not sure what a "full annex" is but the dimensions and layout are quite clear from the photos - please explore what an annex is before making such comments.
I have not once in my description said the annex has a kitchen if you read it it is quite clear it doesn't have a full kitchen - I said this to you and also said if you needed anything cooking/cleaning I would more than happily do so - you declined.
While on the subject of communication, the fridge was overheating due to the hot day, the weather at the moment is the hottest June in 40years, these things don't like heat - I explained this to you and showed you how to 1, switch it off and 2, offered to switch it off for you, you declined both. Milk was not provided due to the fridge issue but assorted tea and coffee were provided.
I took the door off the shower room as others didn't like the cramped nature, I will explore an alternative door system from the feedback - many thanks.
and finally, price - you paid £17 for a self-contained living space, unshared with your own entrance and key. it comes with its own shower, toilet, sink, sitting space, garden, TV, microwave close to the city centre - I would say that is a great value place to stay when looking at other options on here of shared rooms in houses for double that.
I would like to know what isn't modern about the annex, its all under 3 years old - the mattress on the bed, for example, is actually 2 months old.
