With three bedrooms, and cosy but comfortable lounge and dining, it's the perfect base for a week (or more) at the beach, or a quick weekend escape. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, Bedroom 3 with bunk beds and two single beds. Linen not provided. Lounge with flat screen TV and DVD. Well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). The Beach House is an easy 270m flat walk to North Avoca beach - at the end of the road - and a equally easy wander along an adjacent road or the beach itself to the patrolled surf area.
The garden is partially fenced and dogs are welcome. While we like pets coming to stay, we like it even better if they can be gentle with the local wildlife if at all possible.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children’s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique ‘Indies Films’ to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Booking agreement (Guest Registration) must be completed at check in.
The guest making the booking must also be staying at the property.
You must not exceed the maximum number of guests listed on the booking agreement.
Adhere to the checkout instructions in the Guest Manual, failure to do so will incur charges to your bond.
Please keep noise to a minimum and most importantly please be respectful of someone else's home and treat it like it’s your own.

Check-in is between 2pm and 5pm at George Brand Real Estate Avoca Beach Office (164 Avoca Dr, Avoca Beach). Check-ins after 5pm will incur a service fee.
