I was unavailable when i first received your text, and i responded within an hour which is super responsive , the new towel was requested on your final night , i did try to get one over to you but it was short notice, if you had requested extra towels at beginning of the stay i would of happily supplied extras for no cost.
The WiFi password was the only discrepancy, the WIFI it selfs works and has been working fine as my /maintainance guy tested it out. The mistake was we gave you the wrong password which was rectified
The check in /driver would have given you check out instructions and it is also on my house manual/rules which simply states please leave keys on table when checking out, there is no other instructions needed ,
i did speak to you on your night of check out, and offered you an airport run on your day of departure, and I also agreed too your extra 3 hours for your check out time free of costs ,
you was also upgraded to a much bigger /expensive property, free of costs as there was building works at the other property, which would of disturbed your holiday.
