Enter the house directly into the bright open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, toaster and a microwave and is filled with natural light coming through the large windows. A dining table for 6 is nicely set in the middle of the kitchen and the space is decorated with artwork on the walls. The room also features a sofa and a small desk.
Down a few steps from the kitchen you will find the living room, boasting light coming through the large glass doors leading to the garden. The room is nicely decorated with artwork on the walls and plants on surfaces and features 2 sofas, an armchair and a coffee table facing the TV.
On the lower ground floor is the first bedroom, fitted with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom adjoining the room. The bathroom features a WC, a single wash basin and a walk-in shower.
On the first floor is a bedroom featuring a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and lovely artwork on the walls.
This bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The windows look over the neighbourhood.
Located on the second floor, this bedroom has double bed with bedside tables and cabinets, a small desk with a comfy chair and a wardrobe.
This bathroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a WC, a single wash basin and a bath tub with a hand held shower.
Access the garden through the living room back doors and enjoy relaxing moments or meals al fresco. The garden is decorated with plenty of trees and flowers and is fitted with a table and chairs.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties

- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
