The open-plan kitchen and living area is filled with natural light coming through the large glass doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher and the dining table sits 6 people comfortably. The living area is set at the end of the room, by the glass doors leading to the private garden. This cosy space is fitted with a sofa, an armchair and a desk and is decorated with plants.
This bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed with a bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The window looks over the garden.
The bathroom is on the right hand as you enter the flat and is fitted with a single wash basin, a WC, a walk-in shower and a bath tub.
The garden can be accessed through the living room back doors and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal al fresco, featuring a table for 6 and a lovely green space surrounded by trees and plants.

No smoking, pets and parties! Please note, to access the flat you'll need to go down a few stairs. A temporary single fold out mattress is available to sleep one extra person, this home sleeping a total of 3 people.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
