Looking for an affordable, nice, comfortable, room to stay? Please be our guest(s) in our bright, cheery, and comfy townhouse, perfectly located in the Town of Ridgway on a quiet, corner lot. We are easy walking distance to all that Ridgway has to offer, including the Uncompahgre River walkway and bike path, Town park, library, post office, eateries, pubs, shops, art galleries, museums, and more. Pet friendly, with fenced yard. Easy parking and space for bikes, skis, and other "toys."
Our townhouse is a newer unit of a duplex that feels more like a single family home. It is larger than it appears from the outside and is very light and sunny with lots of windows, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. It is quite energy-efficient with in-floor heating, a gas fireplace in the living/great room, ceiling fans, and keeps cool in summer despite no A/C. The guest room has its own attached large private full bathroom. We have a fenced front and side yard with access into the mud-room at the back of the house into the hallway to the guest room. This could serve as a private entrance, but guests are, of course, welcome to enter through the main, front entry. We have great neighbors on all sides and, frankly, just love where we live. We hope you will enjoy living here, too, during your visit with us.

Annabel and I have lived in Ridgway since 2003, having relocated on a leap of faith from SoCal. We are both semi-retired, working toward full retirment. We absolutely love this area of Colorado and our little town of Ridgway. This is definitely an outdoor person's paradise. We love to hike, camp, fish, cycle, watch wildlife, go on road trips, eat out, and attend live theater and concerts. Our international travels have taken us to Iceland, Costa Rica, Israel, England, Ireland, Wales, Spain, Germany, Italy, Greece, Portugal, and most of Europe. We love meeting people from all walks of life. Ninah speaks Spanish and French. As hosts, we welcome you into our home as friends and family, while respecting your privacy. We'll interact with you only to the extent you are willing. We just want you to relax, feel at home, and enjoy your stay. We know this area very well and love to make recommendations for our traveling guests. So, don't hesitate to ask and be sure to check out our travel guide.
