This cozy vintage apartment is located in the heart on Montpelier. The large balcony overlooks downtown and the North Branch River and is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Only a block from most bars, shops, cafes and restaurants you'll have craft beer and delicious food options at your doorstep. You'll be a five-minute walk to the Capitol building and a ten-minute walk to the Vermont College of Fine Arts.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic brick building. The bedroom has a double bed and the futon in the living room can fold out to sleep 2 more. The building is over a hundred years old and with tilting floors and vintage fixtures. We find it charming and full of character. We live in the apartment when it's not rented out and are excited to welcome you into our home.

You'll hear the usual city noises here, although Montpelier usually quiets down in the evening. Metered parking is directly out front on the street and is free during evenings and weekends. During the day, you can park two blocks away or pay $1 an hour to use the metered spots.
25 Nächte Mindestaufenthalt vom 1. Dezember 2017 - 28. Februar 2018.
I have an innate need to explore and see what's over the next hill, sampling local cuisine, art and nature along the way.
