We felt really shocked and sorry to see the lowest rating and worst comment ever over the past eight months that we've been sharing our apartments to travelers from all around the world.
It was very kind of you to find us an excuse that you have to cancel the trip due to an emergency occurred and had to return home right away. However, we would really appreciate if you let us know your feeling during your stay, as we lived nearby and could have immediately arranged for a house cleaning to solve all the issues you pointed out within a few hours.
We share the entire apartment with two bedrooms and a common space at once, it's value for travelers comes in a group of 3 to 6 persons, so we must admit that the pricing for two persons might not be as cheap as a hotel could offer with a standard bedroom. As for the amenities, extra toilet papers and tissues were always prepared inside the cabinet. We could have saved you the money to buy a new one if you sent us a message during your stay.
Once again, we apologize for any uncomfortable experiences and thank you for pointing out the details that we should improve. We've arranged for a complete house cleaning and made changes to our cleaning procedure. Also, we've bought a new bedsheet to replace the one with stains we couldn't remove, and planning to purchase a dehumidifier to deal with the rainy season in Taiwan.
