When you first booked the barn, you booked the wrong dates and I instantly helped you correct them. In your messages, you mentioned that horses are your favourite animals but at no point of time you mentioned that you wish to ride them. We also don’t encourage our guests to ride in our absence due to safety reasons and in case the guest wishes to ride horses then we personally pre arrange their rides.
3 days prior to your arrival, I also messaged you that I will be completely cut off from the network as i was in the Himalayas and should you have any questions, you should let me know.
As far as the unprecedented rains are concerned, the whole of delhi was flooded, it was all over in the news as well.
Language being a barrier, my caretaker must have not understood but he was well informed about your arrival.
During my stay in the Himalayas, I also came to a network zone especially to get in touch with the you at 8:16 pm but the call went unanswered.
There are three to five restaurants that deliver to the barn menu cards of which are inside the cottage. The 2 nearby departmental stores deliver to the barn.
Swiggy delivers to the barn. In fact, all the taxis have an easy access to the barn as the famous ‘Isha foundation’ being right next to the barn acting as the biggest landmark.
All our guests come to the barn through ubers and olas.
I believe this was a case of communication gap as I was on a mountain expedition with no network at my end.
