Beautiful one bedroom with great views for a quick get away, business trip, or just relaxing time with a glass of wine. Easy access to downtown or the south bay. Quiet neighborhood with everything you need - peaceful, safe, easy, and relaxing.
This one bedroom one bath quiet urban get-away is tucked into the side of Potrero Hill. The main living room has a mostly glass front with stunning views of the city, especially after the sun goes down. The views combined with it being tucked in just above a rooftop and views across the freeway give it all the sophistication of San Francisco, with an urban edge to keep you excited and spark your creativity. The outdoor space let's you enjoy all of this plus the nice weather that is San Francisco year round and the fireplace will keep you warm in the rain.
There is one king sized bed in the bedroom and a sleepable sofa, if you have guests stay over.
The neighborhood is one block from Potrero Hill and just on the edge of the upcoming Dogpatch. It's very quiet and very safe. Oddly for San Francisco, there are no bums to be found. Walk up the hill a block to the local market/ cornerstore where there are a number of fantastic restaurants and small shops, including the best burger in the city at Chez Mama or take the back stairs down to new garage turned coffee shop, Front, for the best coffee you could imagine. Go a few blocks further and you'll come to the bay where a newly built jogging/ biking path let's you take a nice walk along the water to the embarcadaro or go left and explore the Dogpatch with some delicious restaurants. You have it all right here. Quaint quiet neighborhood, interesting upcoming corridor a few blocks away, and it's really close to the water. Sophistication, relaxation, all with a little edge.
Its great for just a visit or a tech-commuter's dream. The T-line get's you downtown in 15 minutes or you can also walk to Caltrain to commute to the South Bay by train. It's just a block from the 280, making getting to the airport a breeze or if you are bringing a car - the drive down south is very easy. There is no problem at all with parking. Bus line 22 or newly added 55 are both only one block and will take you into the Mission in 10 minutes (you could also walk if you like long walks).
This beautiful, inspiring flat is located on the sunny side of the city and is perfectly situated to get to the Mission or downtown easily and is a S Bay commuters dream -- yet, it's also very very quiet and safe next to a very cute stretch of shops/ restaurants. A perfect place for someone who is new to San Francisco, looking to find a more permanent place - an extended business trip or just a long holiday. It's off the street tucked behind other buildings so it really feels like you are in your own little cozy quiet hub of San Francisco. (Something very rare with this kind of access to transportation.) The outside space and views let you come home after a day of being out and about... make a fire, have a glass of wine, and just unwind.
Please respect this space as if it were you're own home. No cigarette smoking. And please be mindful of the neighbors and don't turn the stereo up too loud.
