Watch The Bosphorus from The Comfy Hill.
A spacious and relaxing place with a wide view of the Bosphorus, two rooms, an open kitchen, and a single rule to feel home.
The low green hills of Arnavutköy, the lovely, peaceful and quiet neighborhood in the high-society area of the city, directly facing the Bosphorus, host this house on one of its safest streets. A couple of blocks away from the sea, this house excitedly awaits to, and hopefully will, host you with its marvelous view. You will agree that it is probably on the best spot for a visitor in Istanbul, populated with delicate fish restaurants, isolated from the trouble of the city; yet close to all of what it has to offer for you.
For the interior of the apartment, the living room with the open kitchen will serve you just fine along with the bedrooms suitable both for couples or children. Except the exceptional wishes, you'll find whatever you need for a stay of a week or two in the apartment.
Parking is possible, although the free spots might be taken in the street; there is paid parking close-by.
There is an elevation difference due to the building facing two different streets on a small hill. It is level with the ground when looked from the street above, and it has windows there. It is on the first floor though, when entered from the building's outer door which is accessed by walking down about 15-20 steps from that upper street. And it's on the 4th floor when faced from the lower street.
With our hospitality, you most probably won't forget the time you spend here, in Istanbul.
Zugang für Gäste
Our dear guests may enjoy the oven and the washer however they wish to.
The back windows should be watched carefully though, for cat intrusions.
Interaktion mit Gästen
Depending on our time available, we may even travel with you to show the city; but usually we will spend a couple of hours eating and knowing each other, informing you on the neighborhood, the city and the people.

We have together and individually traveled to a lot of countries all around the world. We love interacting with locals for local foods, traditions, music etc. to further understand ourselves and import new meanings to our own lives, which, in turn, enriches everybody around us.
We have hosted wonderful people. None caused big issues, and none had issues with us. We are more prone to sharing experiences, rather than doing business, because, I guess we are early adopters of Airbnb. Our house is not like an hotel room. With us generally around, you will make the most out of the neighborhood, perhaps İstanbul and maybe even Turkey.
We are also very understanding guests with usually basic needs; but with the taste of certain sociocultural rules, mixed with a certain amount of humor. We basically expect what is written on your page to be correct; because then, we will be aware of the shortcomings as well, and act accordingly.
