A lovely spacious split level townhouse with plenty of space for 6 people. Surrounded by private courtyard garden areas on 3 sides, this is a home away from home right in the heart of charming inner city Subiaco.

Positioned in Subiaco's most desirable pocket, known locally as "the golden triangle", this home is located on Axon Street, just near the intersection with Park Street, in the centre of "old Subiaco" and only 200m to Rokeby Road. It is a lovely comfortable split level townhouse with it's own private front, side and rear courtyards, with pretty gardens to sit in and enjoy. The house has it's own street frontage with undercover parking for 2 vehicles. It has three bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and the two others with double beds. The master bedroom is huge, with it's own sitting area and 2 balconies. We have one very large bathroom complete with bath tub and shower, loads of natural light and en-suite access to the master bedroom. There are 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs in the large laundry area. The house also has a separate study on the lowest level, just off the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The rear courtyard has a bbq and outdoor dining area.

Tea Tree Terrace also houses an interesting and eclectic collection of original artworks from the owner's private collection. Mostly Australian pieces, these beautiful collectibles add a wonderful uniqueness to this house. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

This is a very nice house and our price of $280 per night is for 6 people. If you are interested in staying at Tea Tree Terrace and can guarantee you dont need all three bedrooms, we are happy to negotiate a cheaper rate for you.

Axon Street runs parallel to Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth's favourite shopping areas with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, fashion, supermarkets and fresh food markets, all within a very short walk from the house.

Our properties are all fully "self catered" - once you arrive and settle in we won't interrupt you with cleaning and servicing. If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $100 per time. If you would just like a quick tidy up and your beds made, it would be $40 per hour.

The house is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. It is only a short walk to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Strictly non smoking and sorry but no parties or noisy gatherings. We like to respect our neighbours rights to a peaceful life in beautiful Subiaco :)

A FEW IMPORTANT HOUSEHOLD THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW …

CLEANING & YOUR SECURITY BOND:
Please leave our house in a clean and tidy condition with all dishes washed and returned to their correct places. An extra cleaning charge will be deducted from your bond if the property is left in an overly dirty or untidy state, or if ovens, cook tops and bbqs are left in a dirty and grimy state, or linen or towels are badly stained (fake tan, makeup and hair dye being the worst culprits). We will endeavour to provide photographic evidence in such cases. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required.

COOKING:
Please no cooking of strong smelling foods such as curries or seafood in the houses. It is very difficult to remove these strong food odours and we like to keep our houses smelling nice and fresh for following guests.

NOISE:
Sorry but we have a strict no party policy. Large or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated in our peaceful residential neighbourhoods.

RUBBISH:
Please place all household rubbish in bin bags (kept in the kitchen) and place n large council bin located in the rear courtyard. Try to recycle where possible. On Sunday evenings, please place the bin and recycling bags on the street verge outside the house for council collection.

This house is a gem of a place to stay. Location is excellent to shops where you can get anything. A wonderful Farmers Market 3 minutes walk from the house was great for all produce, breads, meats. The house is clean, and well appointed. We were 5 adults and the house was plenty large enough for us. You will enjoy your time.

Close to all amenities. Everything's within walking distance. Nola is a lovely host, who responds quickly if required.

We were a group of five people who stayed at tea tree. The accommodation was very comfortable. It was clean,bright and airy.. It was in a great location surrounded by lovely homes and tree lined streets. The train station was within a 10 minute walk and there was a choice of supermarkets within walking distance.. Rokeby Road , which is within minutes from the house, is great for shopping,dining,and coffee shops. There is also a farmers market held at the local primary school which we really enjoyed. We would highly recommend staying at this property.
