HOT SPA, COMPLETE PRIVACY, RELAX IN THE QUIET OF OUR LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE.
We live on a small farm with sheep, chickens and huge vegie garden yet we're only 15 minutes from the beach and enjoy all the amazing Mornington Peninsula has to offer. It's a shame to keep it to ourselves. Welcome to our little piece of paradise.
We have 2 lovely rooms with queen size beds in a separate house wing on a picturesque 20 acre hobby farm. They are listed separately as Farmstay in Moorooduc-Classic Room and Farmstay in Moorooduc-Garden Room. Both have wardrobe space and have heating/cooling. A separate booking is required for each.
To protect your privacy we do not book both rooms at the same time if the guests do not know each other.
The Classic Room is carpeted and the Garden Room has a floating floor. We are an allergy conscious family and both doonas are non-allergenic.
The house is nestled into a beautiful garden which has been featured in Open Gardens Australia and we have a lovely indoor/outdoor spa with private courtyard and lounge area which is your area to enjoy while you are here.
For your convenience we have provided
Tea and coffee making facilities
Hotplates , saucepans, crockery
This means that you have the ability to cook simple meals if you would rather not eat out every night.
We provide breakfast of muesli, fruit, toast and spreads, yoghurt and juice and are happy to cater for special dietary requirements.
You can also enjoy our wetland area with nature walk and picnic and campfire area.
On our property we have very interesting suffolk sheep with black heads and black feet. We also have chooks that provide us with lots of fresh eggs and a big vegetable garden that, in season, provides us with nearly all our needs. There's nothing like a freshly picked veges.
We look forward to hosting you soon.

You will have exclusive access to your room, private bathroom, laundry/cooking area, outside living area and spa. You are welcome to walk around the gardens and explore the wetland. If you walk through the paddocks you MUST leave the gates as you find them.

We have 4 married sons and 4 wonderful daughters in law and are now granparents.
Martin and I live on a beautiful 20 acre property in Moorooduc where we have raised our family and created our own little slice of paradise.
We believe that when you have something beautiful you enjoy it more when you share it with others. When we married we dreamed of having a farm where people could come and stay and experience farm life and although we don't have a big farm we can still share what we have.
We love the discovery of travel, meeting people and hearing other peoples' adventures. Maybe you have one to share.......
