Dear Pedro, you are really deforming the reality in saying that you left on the first day of your arrival when you only gave back the keys 4 days after your arrival. On the day of your arrival, we offered you straight away a 25% discount for the inconvenience caused by the broken handle, discount which you never refused when we talked. You never mentioned that you were expecting a full refund during the whole week and it is only 8 days after you arrived that you said that you wished a full refund which we did not accept but as per our conversation we transferred you immediately 30% of the rented amount. We were only informed that you were leaving when you gave the keys back, 4 days after arrival. Regarding your comment on security, as we already have explained you various times, although we undestood the inconvenience of the temporary broken handle of the glazed windows, this flat was never unsecured. The glazed windows on a third floor are not considered as a fire exit in our appartment and building. We really feel disappointed and frustrated about this overall experience.
